No! You are not getting old.!!!

Hello readers. Recently I came across a post that made me laugh really hard. It said ' Omg!!! I enjoy watching the News now, I think I'm getting old!' ( then there was a crying smiley) . I laughed because I kind of understood what whoever wrote that was talking about. Its very normal to find young adults who do not enjoy watching News. Who can blame them? When there is barely enough time to go through all the social networks,  the News just doesn't seem appealing.
      Before now,  I was never a 'News person' I would rather watch other shows on tv than watch any form of News be it local or international. I remember how I used to feel really bad at times when I'm watching a new episode of KUWTK on E! or Ellen DeGeneres and my mom would return home and order me to tune to a News channel. I would just helplessly change the channel and walk angrily to my room, but of course I must not let my anger show or else! Hehehe. ( comments reserved).
     Anyways,  in recent times, I automatically changed! I watch CNN now as if I'm watching E!, Tlc,African Magic,  Mnet series and Mtv Base combined. Lol. It was so serious that one time our Tv contract expired, I had to download CNN on my mobile just to stay in touch. I just love the feeling I get now from knowing somethings I ordinarily wouldn't have known. Aside from reading the Bible, watching the News is the second best thing you can do for yourself each day. Being in the know is the best feeling ever! You don't have to wait to hear about recent developments from people , you can get the first hand 'undiluted' News yourself. Know what's happening in the world around you. Trust me , when you try and develop the habbit of watching News, it would soon become a habit you can never break.
    So watching the News does not make you old , it only makes you wiser and earns you alot more respect.  Do stay blessed till next time.

New road.
